Rising Stars: Meet Nadine Zaccheo of Baltimore

Today we’d like to introduce you to Nadine Zaccheo.

Hi Nadine, thanks for joining us today. We’d love for you to start by introducing yourself.
I started as a full-time classroom teacher, and even then, I was always drawn to the heart of what helps people grow, clarity, confidence, and feeling seen. The shift into workbook writing happened in a really organic moment: I was spending time with a close friend who had just stepped back into dating, and she was describing different traits she liked in different people she was meeting. I remember thinking, “The universe is giving you a buffet… but what you really need is a clear vision.” That’s where Manifest Your Perfect Union was born, a workbook that helps you understand who you are, get honest about what you deeply want in a partner, and learn how to build and maintain a healthy relationship, with a manifestation prayer that anchors the whole experience. From there, I followed the same calling into other areas of life: I used my background in special education and high school teaching to create a workbook that helps students start exploring post-graduation pathways early, so they feel empowered instead of overwhelmed. And most recently, I created Love Letters to Yourself, which invites people to rebuild their relationship with their body, mind, and spirit through reflection, affirmation, and care. One of my biggest turning points was leaving my full-time teaching role to work for myself and the first time I held my workbook in print, it hit me that this wasn’t just a project, it was purpose. Now, through tutoring and my workbooks, I help people become who they already are with more direction, more self-trust, and more love.

Would you say it’s been a smooth road, and if not what are some of the biggest challenges you’ve faced along the way?
The road has had some really beautiful moments, but it also came with real growing pains. Leaving full-time teaching brought up a deep fear of being out there on my own, because I had to create my everyday instead of being handed a structure. In those early days, I would wake up with panic and think, “Okay, I’m in charge of me now. What am I supposed to work on today that actually builds something?” I had been in education for so long that stepping into business felt like learning a brand new language. So I humbled myself and became a student again. I started going to networking events, looking for mentors, and soaking up everything I could through YouTube and real conversations. Over time, I learned that consistency beats intensity, and that mindset helped me build my tutoring company steadily before I realized I wanted my work to expand beyond education. That is what led me to create Solspire Studio and begin publishing my workbooks. Even in the creative process, there have been challenges, especially learning when something is done. I can get caught in the tiny details, but I have learned to work through the discomfort, because progress and purpose require movement.

Alright, so let’s switch gears a bit and talk business. What should we know about your work?
I create guided workbooks for self-reflection and self-discovery for people who are ready to get clearer about who they are and what they truly want, and my work focuses on three areas: relationship clarity and manifestation, self-love and healing across body, mind, and spirit, and career readiness with post-high school pathways for students who need direction and confidence. People often come to me when they feel scattered or unsure, and through our conversations they start to hear themselves more clearly, which is what I’m known for, helping someone uncover the truth that’s already inside them and then turning that clarity into something practical they can return to again and again. In a lot of ways, that reflects my own journey too, because leaving teaching and betting on myself was a leap that required faith, but it also brought me back to purpose, and the first time I held my workbook in print it felt like a quiet confirmation that this work was meant to be shared. What sets me apart is the balance I bring: I have a teacher’s brain, so everything is structured and intentional, and I lead with a spiritual and heart-centered approach, so the process feels human, supportive, and aligned, with the goal of helping people become who they already are with more self-trust and direction.

We love surprises, fun facts and unexpected stories. Is there something you can share that might surprise us?
Something that might surprise people about me is that, while my work is all about helping others feel more at home within themselves, I’m still doing that work in my own life too. There are parts of building this brand that require a lot of learning, and I’ve had to shift from measuring progress by how much I can cross off a list to recognizing that learning is movement, even when it looks quiet from the outside. That’s also reflected in how I create. My very first workbook started with nothing fancy, just me, paper, and pencil, letting the ideas pour out the way they needed to. Before I ever formatted a page online or outsourced editing, I sat with the message, prayed on it, and trusted what felt aligned to share. I think that’s why people feel connected to my work, because it isn’t coming from a place of perfection, it’s coming from a real person choosing growth in real time, and inviting others to do the same.
