Hi Benita , can you start by introducing yourself? We’d love to learn more about how you got to where you are today?
I started my Fashion Styling journey through my very own closet. As I was in undergrad, I begun to develop my individuality. I started to express myself through my clothing. On this journey of self discovery, I received a lot of feedback and compliments from members of my community in regard to my sense of style. Throughout the discovery, members of my community would constantly reach out to me for clothing advice. I would find myself being the friend you can go to for fashion advice. That was gateway for the discovery of my gift.
We all face challenges, but looking back would you describe it as a relatively smooth road?
No, it has not been a smooth road. My journey has been slow and steady. One of the main challenges I face is finding my audience. I’m into personal styling and finding a muse can be difficult.
Can you tell our readers more about what you do and what you think sets you apart from others?
I specialize in warded styling. I am well known for my fashion sense. I am most proud of birthing my gifts to life. What sets me apart is my attention to detail.
