Hi Johnny, thanks for joining us today. We’d love for you to start by introducing yourself.
Johnny “JD The Junior (c) / Ace Angel” Mason – Artist/Referee/Wrestler/Business Owner

My Name Is Johnny Dion Mason And I’m Mainly Recognized As The Artist “JD The Junior”.
I’m A Maryland Based Independent Rap Artist, Event Planner And Business Owner Of My Own Multi-Media Entertainment Company Jet Major Entertainment LLC.
I Am Also Currently Known As “Ace Angel”, A Licensed Independent Wrestler And Referee. I Was Born In Washington D.C And Was Raised And Currently Reside In PG County, MD. (Capitol Heights, MD, Bowie, MD, Glenarden And College Park, MD)
My Company Jet Major Entertainment LLC Was Created And Established In May Of 2015 By Myself Johnny “JD The Junior” Mason; I Took Early Inspiration From My Late Father (Johnny Dean Mason) And My Mother (Carolyn Ruffin Mason) Food Catering Business And Our Love For Music! (“C&JD’s Enterprise”) (North Carolina BBQ/Soul Food Service)
I Started Rapping In 2012, Soon After Graduating High School (Heritage Christian Academy) And I Started College At Robert Morris University In Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania (RMU). I Would Transfer Later To Full Sail University, In Orlando, Florida. (2013)
He Would Make His Mixtape Debut With The “DMV: Dreams, Motivation, Victory” (1-5) (2012 – 2016) Series In The Same Year, Hosted By DJ Infamous VA And DJ Junior! I’m sure it wasn’t obstacle-free, but would you say the journey has been fairly smooth so far?
No It Was Not…I Dropped Out Of College Months After Transferring To Full Sail University. I Wanted To Achieve And Chase My Goals And Dreams My Own Way And Back In My Hometown. My Cousin Kevin Williams Would Pass During This Time (2015), My Father Would Later Pass 6 Years Later (May 25th, 2021). These Two Were My Biggest Role Models; Next To Kevin’s Father, My Uncle Wesley Willams, (Married To Elizabeth Williams) Who Would Pass Not Long After My Father. (Along With My Uncle Larry) My Father’s Death Was Also During The Covid-19 Pandemic, But It Was Also A Month Before I Was Relief Of Probabtion. I Was Arrested For Now A 2nd Weapon’s Charge In November, 2019. Pleaded Guilty To Both. (2016 & 2019) I Would Overcome All This And More To Build Jet Major Entertainment LLC To Where It Is And Where We Are Taking It Today!

I Believe The Industry Is Already Showing Us Where It Is Heading Today. It Will Be Very Multi Media Based And Community Focused For The Next 5-10 Years. It Will Be Pushing New Creative, Socializing Ideas And Building New Ways Of Absorbing Both Live And Virtual Entertainment. (Content From All Cultures And Of All Types) This Will Be Through A Number Of Multiple Devices, Social Media Apps, Companies Or Servers And Through Multiple Forms Of Streaming. I Believe, I Grew Up In A Time Of Being Apart Of “The Original Frontline”: (The Beginning Of Internet) To Now The Present. To Pushing New Ideas, Innovation And Concepts In Music, Gaming, Movies, Virtual Entertainment, Live Events And More (To Enhancing Old Ideas). I Also Believe We Are Currently Present In A Time Where We Can Also Start Creating These Things Right Now, In This Day As Well!
