Hi Carol, it’s an honor to have you on the platform. Thanks for taking the time to share your story with us – to start maybe you can share some of your backstory with our readers?
Hello, I’m Carol Pivot and I am a Psychic Medium, Reiki Master. My journey started after I experienced some devastating losses in my life. I was trying to navigate grief and all of the questions that came along with that. I started to explore and question about life and death, spirituality and healing. I became very curious and started reading books and watching a television show called Crossing Over with Psychic Medium John Edward. I was searching for a deeper meaning and understanding about loss and what happens after we pass away.
In my journey of learning I developed a friendship with Psychic Medium John Edward. Through that friendship I was guided to have an astrology reading with an Australian astrologer named Maggie Kerr. Through that reading and John’s guidance I was put on my path. I chose to walk down that path where I studied energy healing and psychic development. I became a Reiki Master where that opened up my psychic mediumship abilities.
Through John’s guidance, I have had the privilege of developing and growing into having my own business where I help people by bringing through messages and connections from loved ones in spirit . I am incredibly grateful to be doing the work that I do. The most rewarding part of what I do is being able to help people find comfort, healing, validation that they are still connected to their loved ones on the other side

I’m sure it wasn’t obstacle-free, but would you say the journey has been fairly smooth so far?
It definitely hasn’t always been a smooth ride. Like most journeys, there have been challenges and moments of self-doubt. There have been numerous times where I have had to step outside of my comfort zone.
Looking back, I wouldn’t want to change any of the challenges I faced because it taught me numerous lessons. It has taught me about resilience, patience and most importantly to TRUST this JOURNEY. These lessons have helped me to grow both professionally and personally.
Can you tell our readers more about what you do and what you think sets you apart from others?
My work is centered around helping people to heal, and to help them have more of an understanding about our connections both here and on the other side. To help people with their journey through loss and grief.
I am a Psychic Medium Reiki Master and I offer psychic mediumship readings as well as Reiki healing. I also offer a combination of psychic, mediumship and Reiki healing all in one session.
With mediumship, I feel incredibly honored to help people connect with loved ones who have passed. For me, it’s about validating with information that our connections with them are still there. That there is a survival of consciousness that still remains.
With my psychic readings, it’s about helping someone understand what is happening in their life currently and the probability of what lies ahead in the future if things continue on the trajectory that they are currently going in.
With Reiki, my focus is on helping someone heal mentally, physically, spiritually as well as relaxing and releasing anything that is no longer helpful to them.
I think what sets me apart is that I bring both my psychic mediumship abilities and Reiki healing into my sessions. The goal is to be of service to others and to help them with their healing journey. I bring compassion, honesty and a very down-to-earth approach to my work. I don’t take what I do lightly, and my hope is that I leave people feeling better after working with them.
Risk taking is a topic that people have widely differing views on – we’d love to hear your thoughts.
I definitely believe that taking risks is part of growing both personally and professionally. Putting myself out there as a Psychic Medium Reiki Master meant being vulnerable and opening up myself to hearing other people’s opinions on what I do. That took me some time to overcome and I had to learn not to worry about what other people were thinking about me and my work. Sometimes the biggest risks are simply TRUSTING your journey even though you don’t know where that journey is going to take you.
There have been risks in continuing to grow my business, trying new things and putting myself in situations that have pushed me outside of my comfort zone. I have grown in taking risks, I have grown TRUSTING this journey. I would rather take the risk and learn from the experience then look back and wonder what might have happened if I had simply been brave enough to try.
