Hi Ariane , we’d love for you to start by introducing yourself.
I always wanted to be successful – and to me, that seemed like I needed to get the perfect job, get into corporate, and climb up the career ladder. I was quite successful in the traditional sense at a young age. By 22, I had hosted 3 TEDx talks, excelled academically, co-authored a book with a leadership consultancy, performed at the European Parliament, and worked in PR & Communications for several start-ups. But I didn’t feel fulfilled, I felt empty. It wasn’t until hitting a burnout that I realized that I had been living the definition of success of someone else. I quit everything and moved to Mexico, starting from scratch. Following my joy, finding out who I really am and what I really wanted.
Today, I have an online business with my membership The Atelier where I help people find their purpose in life, connect with their true essence and build their own version of success. I also self-published 11 books, including “The Healing Journals – A Path To Creating A Soulful Life” which is a great starting point for learning how to use journaling as a tool to write yourself to your most fulfilling and meaningful version of success.
I’m sure it wasn’t obstacle-free, but would you say the journey has been fairly smooth so far?
It hasn’t been a smooth road! And it never is. Entrepreneurship is hard, difficult and asks everything from you. Which, I personally think, is beautiful. It shapes you and it helps you grow. Your own limiting beliefs and inner blocks will come up and you have to learn how to become your most confident Self and be authentic to connect with your community.
Appreciate you sharing that. What else should we know about what you do?
I am the founder of the platform The Journal of a Healer which helps people create a life that feels like their own. So many times, we chase a version of success for recognition or applause only to find out it leaves us empty and unfulfilled. In my
membership The Atelier, you learn how to connect with your core characteristics, your values, and your essence – everything you are when you don’t have to be anyone or anything. Then, you define your own version of success and learn how to get there through removing your limiting beliefs, stop standing in your own way, and listen to your own inner voice and intuition to reach your goals, and generally, build a life you love.

We’d be interested to hear your thoughts on luck and what role, if any, you feel it’s played for you?
I don’t believe in good or bad luck – I believe in the mental strength and power to transform setbacks into opportunities. We never start from the same place, but it’s on us to choose what we do with it. There are so many things beyond our control: but we can always control how we wake up, how we deal with our own emotions, how much gratitude we feel for the gift of a new day, and how we approach and connect with others. That is where change begins and creates a ripple effect.
