Today we’d like to introduce you to Dr. Theresa A Moseley.
Hi Dr. Theresa A, so excited to have you with us today. What can you tell us about your story?
In 2013 and 2014, I lost two students to violence. I started a campaign for No More Violence – One School Once Community One County at a Time. I wrote Creating Ambassadors of Peace – 16 Steps to Become an Ambassador of Peace and dedicated it to my students. In 2021, I created my company TAM Creating Ambassadors of Peace LLC. My focus was on training leaders on how to have a positive climate and culture in the workplace, schools, and community. I began traveling internationally as a Wolmi United Nations Peace Ambassador providing words of encouragement on inner peace and world peace. In 2023 I founded the virtual Passion Purpose Peace Summit followed by 2 live summits in 2024 and 2025. I presented over 210 peace awards to leaders who are serving others in different areas of life. The live event was very successful with keynote speakers for the summit, entertainment, and the crystal awards for my identified peace ambassadors. Today, I am part of a Global Delegation in India, Wolmi United Nations Peace Ambassador, and preparing for the 4th Annual Virtual Passion Purpose Peace Summit in September. I will also be launching Whispers of Serenity – Daily Affirmations for Peace during International Peace Week in September.
Would you say it’s been a smooth road, and if not what are some of the biggest challenges you’ve faced along the way?
It has been a smooth road for me. I pray every day for divine intervention, and guidance to continue my divine assignment which is to make this world a more peaceful place. I always have a lot of support with my tribe while looking for keynote speakers and co authors for my anthologies.

TAM Creating Ambassadors of Peace LLC provides a comprehensive suite of services dedicated to fostering personal and professional transformation with the ultimate goal of cultivating peace. Our core offerings include transformational leadership training and specialized programs to build a positive climate and culture within organizations. We extend our impact through dynamic motivational speaking and personalized one-on-one individual coaching. Additionally, we deliver international keynote speaking engagements that address the profound connection between inner peace and global harmony. A cornerstone of our work is the training titled “The Essential Soft Skills for Effective Leadership: Steps to Leading with Grace,” which equips leaders with the nuanced interpersonal tools necessary for inspiring and uniting teams.
In terms of your work and the industry, what are some of the changes you are expecting to see over the next five to ten years?
During the next 5 -1 0 years, we will continue to have the annual Passion Purpose Peace Summit; however, we will travel to international countries to present the awards. I will also create a non profit organization to provide college scholarships in the name of my students I lost to violence. I will continue to write books, provide speeches, and train leaders on transformational leadership. Over the next 5 years, I plan to train a team of speakers to deliver signature speeches on peace and promote world peace around the world.
