Today we’d like to introduce you to Sakhele (Shak) Seshibe.
Hi Sakhele (Shak), thanks for joining us today. We’d love for you to start by introducing yourself.
Started In The Entertainment Industry in 2003 as a producer/songwriter. After considerable peaks and valleys I pivoted into being an executive to recording artists. My most recent pivot has been into TV and Film where I’m an executive producer/director creating 4 feature films and 3 TV series. I’m also part of the promotional team and Administrative team of TV series on Hulu, Apple, Amazon and FX. Currently in production of my feature film as well as my TV series set to release in 2027
Can you talk to us a bit about the challenges and lessons you’ve learned along the way. Looking back would you say it’s been easy or smooth in retrospect?
It has not been smooth road at all but it’s not supposed to be.when your going after goals that no one has accomplished before.Every obstacle you can imagine from learning obstacles, growth obstacles, human obstacles and emotional obstacles. I’ve faced nearly every challenge you can imagine including loosing my home. This path isn’t for the everyone however I made a promise to my mother and father who passed away in 2015 and 2022 that I wouldn’t stop or give up going after my goals and dreams of being a superstar executive, director, producer, recording artist and actor. I promised I would use all of my amazing gifts and not waste any of them. I’m living up to that promise.

Bona Vision Studios is an incubator for creativity responsible for producing TV, Film, Music and creative projects bringing them to life. We specialize in bringing bringing creative ideas in Film,TV and music space to life using AI. We are known for our amazing attention to detail in creating and producing ideas for individual projects like album artwork, Visual Pitch Decks, storyboards, TV and Film teaser trailers as well as micro dramas. Her educational approach and leadership has primed us for amazing success in the future and we are excited to be learning from her and the amazing executives in the community.. I love the connections you can create being in this city. What I don’t like is the lack of consistent connection networking and partnerships in the city.
