Hi Alaga, thanks for joining us today. We’d love for you to start by introducing yourself.
I started my hosting duty career in 2010 from a very small event with my mom. From birthdays to weddings and other social events. I major in English and Literary Studies and this has a lot to do with public speaking and presentation. To a very large extent, this helped and shapen my hosting duty. I got my first job in banking as a Customer Service Officer after University. I sing in the church and i am also the children cordinator. All these skills sharpened me to have vast knowledge in hosting events.
It has been a beautiful ride cos it’s my passion, what I do without stress. I love talking and having conversations.
I am doing what I love , so it’s not job for me but hobby.
Would you say it’s been a smooth road, and if not what are some of the biggest challenges you’ve faced along the way?
Every career or business has its ups and downs. It comes with challenges. The best thing is doing what you love and pouring your whole heart into it.
