Conversations with Stacy Brown

Today we’d like to introduce you to Stacy Brown.

Hi Stacy, so excited to have you on the platform. So before we get into questions about your work-life, maybe you can bring our readers up to speed on your story and how you got to where you are today?
I began my entrepreneurial journey as a graphic designer, which naturally evolved into interior design. My introduction to wedding planning came through designing my own wedding, and it immediately felt like the perfect convergence of all my talents. It allowed me to merge my design background with my ability to transform spaces and curate meaningful experiences.

Beyond the aesthetics, I discovered how deeply I value helping people celebrate life’s most significant milestones. Wedding planning became more than a profession, it became a calling.

I’ve reached where I am today through consistency, perseverance, and an unwavering commitment to growth. I’ve always remained a student of my craft, continuously learning, refining, and pushing myself to elevate every detail. That dedication is what continues to shape both my work and my vision.

Can you talk to us a bit about the challenges and lessons you’ve learned along the way. Looking back would you say it’s been easy or smooth in retrospect?
No, it definitely hasn’t been a smooth road and I think that’s true for most meaningful journeys.

There were seasons where I was building without visibility, without validation, and often without resources. I’ve had to learn how to trust my vision before others could see it, and how to keep moving forward even when progress felt quiet.

One of the biggest challenges has been navigating growth while constantly evolving, learning how to pivot, rebuild, and protect my creativity without losing momentum. Entrepreneurship requires you to be resilient in ways no one really prepares you for.

But every challenge sharpened my skill set, strengthened my discernment, and reinforced my commitment to excellence. I don’t see those moments as setbacks, I see them as the foundation that made my work more intentional, my brand more refined, and my perspective more grounded.

The journey shaped me just as much as it shaped the business, and I wouldn’t change that.

Thanks – so what else should our readers know about your work and what you’re currently focused on?
At my core, I design and produce elevated wedding experiences. I specialize in creating weddings that feel intentional, refined, and deeply personal. Every detail has meaning and nothing feels accidental.

My background in graphic design and interior design allows me to approach wedding planning from a very design forward perspective. I’m known for my ability to transform spaces, curate a cohesive visual story, and translate a couple’s vision into an experience that feels timeless rather than trend driven.

What I’m most proud of is the trust my clients place in me. Many come to me not just for planning, but for guidance because they know I care just as much about how their wedding feels as how it looks. Seeing clients fully present and at ease on one of the most important days of their lives is incredibly meaningful to me.

What truly sets me apart is my attention to detail and my commitment to excellence at every level. I approach each wedding with a sense of artistry and responsibility, understanding that these moments become family history.

Can you talk to us a bit about happiness and what makes you happy?
What truly makes me happy is creating beauty with intention, especially when it brings people together in meaningful ways.

As a wife and a mother, I’ve come to deeply value moments, traditions, and legacy. That perspective shapes how I move through both my life and my work. I find joy in knowing that what I create, whether in my family or in my business, has the power to become part of someone’s story for generations.

Motherhood has taught me presence, patience, and purpose. It’s made me more intentional with my time, more discerning in my choices, and more connected to the emotional weight of milestones. That awareness shows up in my work every day.

Happiness for me lives at the intersection of creativity, family, and impact, building a life and a legacy that my children can be proud of, while being fully present as a wife, a mother, and a creative.
