Today we’d like to introduce you to Kristin Grieshaber.
Alright, so thank you so much for sharing your story and insight with our readers. To kick things off, can you tell us a bit about how you got started?
My name is Kristin and my company is Kristin’s Kreations!
I specialize in painting water color portraits of the guests at weddings or any type of event!
I have always had a love for art. Growing up my grandfather was an artist. I was always amazed by his creativity. The work he created truly inspired me to become an artist myself. At first, I wasn’t sure which direction I wanted to go in as an artist, but I just knew I wanted to be one.
That’s when I met my boyfriend Korey (with a K). He was the DJ at my sister’s wedding and we connected so effortlessly, we have been together ever since. Korey convinced me to join him in the wedding industry to create special keepsakes for all of the couple’s favorite people. Best decision I ever made! I love what I do and I love who I do it with! Life is good when you are passionate about what you do!
I have just over a year of experience and in that short time I have learned so much. I look forward to continue learning, and growing as an artist.
We all face challenges, but looking back would you describe it as a relatively smooth road?
This journey of becoming an artist and discovering my craft has been such a rewarding experience. I have learned so much about myself. I have been able to problem solve and adapt to the structure of various events. I am truly enjoying every single moment.

I am most proud of believing in myself to take a chance on the unknown. Not knowing if my career would take off and flourish, but still trying. I never gave up on my passion to become an artist and I am so proud of myself. Believing in myself and never giving up is the most amazing feeling.
