Today we’d like to introduce you to Alyssa Unowitz.
Hi Alyssa, we’re thrilled to have a chance to learn your story today. So, before we get into specifics, maybe you can briefly walk us through how you got to where you are today?
Started with random social media videos, started worked as a health and wellness distributor and was did content creation for them. over the past 3 years I have been posting and trying to build a community on TikTok. My goal in life is to help make a difference and bring positivity to this crazy world, and show real life chaos (because not everything on social media is real life haha)
Can you talk to us a bit about the challenges and lessons you’ve learned along the way. Looking back would you say it’s been easy or smooth in retrospect?
Struggled- mental health , confidence, discouraged, time management, self love, feeling like I am not doing enough to make a difference. I am trying to accept many people judge others for making content on social media. But if it is something that I enjoy why not continue to do what makes me happy.

Known for my work ethic, determination, and empathy for others I put my whole heart into everything I do at work and I always want the best for others
I am most proud of how hard I have been pushing through obstacles this past year to get to a healthier place in life these days.
Are there any important lessons you’ve learned that you can share with us?
It’s okay to be uncomfortable, you don’t grow when you are stuck in your own comfort zone.
Resilience is my motto currently. I believe it is important to stay strong, push through, and bounce back from the obstacles standing in your way. I know at times it is hard especially facing them head on in the beginning , but with resilience you will make it through to the other side.
