Lartrice , we appreciate you taking the time to share your story with us today. Where does your story begin?
BeCharmedByTrice started with one woman’s desire to create beauty in the middle of uncertainty. In March 2020, the world slowed down, but Lartrice Robinson’s creativity came alive. What began as making charm pieces for fun soon revealed itself as something deeper: a calling. Lartrice realized that every charm she made carried meaning, a reminder, a scripture, a moment of peace, or a spark of joy. And from that discovery, BeCharmedByTrice was born.
Alright, so let’s dig a little deeper into the story – has it been an easy path overall and if not, what were the challenges you’ve had to overcome?
It definitely has not been a smooth road. Like many entrepreneurs, I’ve faced challenges that tested my patience, resilience, and faith. Balancing business ownership with being a wife, mother, working full-time, and serving in ministry has required intentional time management and countless sacrifices. There have also been moments of self-doubt, financial challenges, and seasons where growth felt slow despite the hard work I was putting in.
One of the biggest lessons I’ve learned is that success isn’t always measured by immediate results. Every obstacle has taught me something valuable whether it was improving my craft, strengthening my business, or trusting the process. Those struggles have shaped me into a more resilient business owner and have reinforced my commitment to creating quality products while building a brand that reflects excellence, creativity, and purpose.
Can you tell our readers more about what you do and what you think sets you apart from others?
I am the founder and creative designer behind BeCharmedbyTrice, where I specialize in creating luxury, handcrafted custom accessories and blinged-out Crocs that allow people to express their personality through wearable art. Every design is created with intention, attention to detail, and a commitment to quality. Whether it’s a personalized pair of Crocs, custom accessories, or a unique gift, my goal is to create pieces that make people feel confident, celebrated, and one of a kind.
What I’m most proud of is building a brand while balancing the many roles I hold as a wife, mother, full-time professional, and woman of faith. BeCharmedbyTrice is more than a business it’s a reflection of my creativity, resilience, and determination. Watching an idea that started with a passion for designing grow into a brand that brings joy to others has been incredibly rewarding.
I believe what sets me apart is the personal experience I provide. I don’t believe in mass production or simply selling products I believe in creating meaningful, customized pieces that tell a story. I take the time to understand each client’s vision and bring it to life with excellence and care. My customers know they’re receiving something made with heart, craftsmanship, and a genuine passion for creating memorable, high-quality designs.
What was your favorite childhood memory?
One of my favorite childhood memories is spending time with my family during the holidays and special gatherings. Those moments were filled with laughter, love, music, great food, and a sense of togetherness that made every occasion feel special. They taught me the importance of family, creating lasting memories, and showing up for the people you love.
Looking back, those experiences shaped who I am today. They inspired my love for celebrating life’s milestones, being creative, and creating meaningful experiences for others whether it’s through my business, decorating for special occasions, or simply making people feel seen and appreciated.
