Today we’d like to introduce you to Patricia Trammell.
Alright, so thank you so much for sharing your story and insight with our readers. To kick things off, can you tell us a bit about how you got started?
I was the face Painter in the White House hand picked by Michelle Obama to do the face painting ect for the kids that toured the white House as well as the Easter egg roll every year. I then moved from there and toured with the UniversoulCircus for 5 years. I was a contractor for Coka Cola events for 2 years and now doing events for Walmart. I am the proud business owner of Paint Me Silly Party Rentals LLC. for the past 18 years. I have about 23 employess and well known across the DMV for having the best party rentals in the DMV.
We all face challenges, but looking back would you describe it as a relatively smooth road?
Well every business has a slow season and in tose times its a little rough because Im use to getting bulk work. Then Covid I got extremly sick and alomst died but God brought me through.
Great, so let’s talk business. Can you tell our readers more about what you do and what you think sets you apart from others?
Paint Me Silly specialize in alot of things such as I am a speed face painter. i’m able to face paint a child in 1 minute or less. so alot of ppl love to see me face paint. also we throuh huge foam parties for schools, community events and we travel alot to do mechanical bull for rail rides ect. My mission is very simple “We operate in the spirit of excellence” everthing thing we do for an event will be done in excellence. This sets us apart from other party rental places. My dream is to do a safe carnival for the community. BUT I want it to be for kids that normally wouldn’y get the oppitunity to have this. I want evertyhing inside the carnival to be FREE!! Im looking for grants to fund this event that will be have every 6 months. i am excited about it and can’t wait to see my dream come true. Also i am coming out with a Kids Spa party Bus!! A top of the line party experience for little girls to get there nails, feet, Make-up, do Build a bear and other activties. letting little girls have a positive influnce. Every little girl leaves with a special crown.
We’d love to hear about any fond memories you have from when you were growing up?
My greatest memory is when my grandFather telling me that i was going to be great. That God was going to use me to bless alot of people. I never for got that and my grandmother telling me that if I ever wanted to make real oney in life invest in Kids or death. Because ppl will die and babies will be born
I will submit pictures at a later date. Thank you
