Hi Armin, can you start by introducing yourself? We’d love to learn more about how you got to where you are today?
I was born and raised in Iran, a country with a rich history and cultural heritage that I’m proud to carry with me. At 18,
My professional journey began in Germany, where I earned my Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering. In 2006, I moved to the United States to pursue greater opportunities and continued my education in Information Technology.
With a strong background in engineering, technology, and business management, I decided to follow my passion for entrepreneurship. I established my own automotive glass business, Zips Auto Glass, where I serve as President and CEO, overseeing operations, business development, marketing, and strategic growth.
Over the years, I expanded my entrepreneurial interests into the hospitality industry through French Bakery and into real estate investment across Washington, D.C., Maryland, and Virginia. I have been actively involved in real estate investment for approximately 10 years. DMV & Baltimore & Florida estate
Today, I am proud to manage three successful businesses across different industries. My journey has been built on education, determination, hard work, and the willingness to take calculated risks.
I believe true success is not only measured by financial achievements but also by leadership, integrity, creating opportunities, and building something meaningful for the future.

Would you say it’s been a smooth road, and if not what are some of the biggest challenges you’ve faced along the way?
My journey has certainly not been a smooth road. Moving to the United States in 2006 meant starting a new chapter in a different country, adapting to a new culture, and rebuilding my professional career despite having a Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from Germany.
Starting and growing my businesses brought many challenges, including financial pressures, competition, managing employees, and balancing multiple responsibilities. Expanding into the automotive, hospitality, and real estate industries required determination, patience, and constant learning.
Like many entrepreneurs, I have experienced setbacks, economic uncertainty, and personal challenges. However, I have always believed that obstacles are opportunities to grow stronger and wiser.
One of the most important lessons I have learned is that success is not about avoiding failure but about having the courage to keep moving forward.
Today, managing three businesses has taught me that perseverance, integrity, discipline, and believing in yourself are the foundations of long-term success. Every challenge has helped shape the person and leader I am today.

Zips Auto Glass, Inc., established in 2012 in Rockville, Maryland, specializes in automotive glass replacement, windshield repair, advanced driver-assistance systems (ADAS) calibration, and commercial fleet glass services. We serve individual customers, businesses, transportation companies, and government agencies throughout Washington, D.C., Maryland, and Virginia.
What sets Zips Auto Glass apart is our technical expertise, personalized service, and commitment to safety. We handle everything from passenger vehicles to commercial trucks, buses, and luxury vehicles. Our goal is not simply to replace glass but to provide reliable solutions and build long-term relationships based on trust.
Aram Real Estate LLC represents another important part of my entrepreneurial journey. For approximately 10 years, I have invested in residential properties throughout the Washington, D.C. metropolitan area, focusing on property investment, renovation, improvement, and long-term value creation.
I am also involved in Lavinia French Bakery, bringing my passion for hospitality, quality, and exceptional customer experiences into a completely different industry.
What I am most proud of is building and managing three businesses across different industries while maintaining the same core principles: professionalism, hard work, customer satisfaction, and continuous improvement.
I want readers to understand that behind every successful business is a story of determination, sacrifice, and perseverance. My philosophy is simple: Success is not just about building a business; it is about building trust, creating opportunities, and leaving a positive impact on the community.
