Hidden Gems: Meet Jaxon Buscher of B&B Wash Solutions

Today we’d like to introduce you to Jaxon Buscher.

Hi Jaxon, thanks for sharing your story with us. To start, maybe you can tell our readers some of your backstory.
My story started when I was around nine or ten years old, watching and helping my grandfather, Dave Buscher, pressure wash. My grandpa is a true businessman, and he’s really the inspiration behind all of this. Watching him work and seeing his approach to business made me want to build something of my own.

As I got older, I started taking on paying jobs. What began as something I learned alongside my grandfather eventually became B&B Wash Solutions. My first year in business went really well, my second year was even better, and it’s continued growing ever since.

Today, I do both residential and commercial cleaning, and I’ve had the opportunity to work on everything from local homes to storefronts in Historic Ellicott City. It’s rewarding to see how far I’ve come from those early days helping my grandpa.

I’m the only grandchild in my family who owns a business, and that’s something I’m proud of. But what makes it especially meaningful is knowing where that inspiration came from. My grandfather helped spark this ambition, and I’m excited to keep building on it, earning customers’ trust, and growing a business I can be proud of.

We all face challenges, but looking back would you describe it as a relatively smooth road?
It definitely hasn’t been a completely smooth journey. I’ve dealt with equipment breakdowns, electrical issues, and problems with my pressure washer and soft wash system. When your equipment is what allows you to work, a breakdown can throw off an entire day’s schedule. Those moments have taught me to troubleshoot, stay patient, and be better prepared.

Running the business on my own has also been a challenge. I’m balancing the actual cleaning with estimates, scheduling, customer communication, marketing, and maintaining my equipment. There have been times when I’ve overbooked myself or underestimated how long a job would take. I’ve had to learn that growing a business also means knowing how much I can realistically handle while giving every customer the attention they deserve.

I’m proud of the growth, but there’s been a lot of learning behind it. Every bump in the road has helped me become more organized, more resourceful, and a better business owner.

Thanks – so what else should our readers know about B&B Wash Solutions?
I own B&B Wash Solutions, an exterior cleaning business serving residential and commercial customers throughout Maryland and the surrounding area. I specialize in pressure washing and soft washing, including house and roof washing, concrete cleaning, and maintaining storefronts and commercial properties. I also handle more challenging cleaning needs, such as grease buildup and rust stains. Each surface requires a different approach, so understanding how to clean it properly is a big part of my work.

What makes me most proud is building a name that people trust. From a homeowner trusting me with their house to a property manager trusting me with multiple locations, those relationships mean a lot to me. Having the opportunity to clean storefronts in Historic Ellicott City has been a highlight, and I’m equally proud when a residential customer calls me back or recommends me to a neighbor.

I want readers to know that there’s a real person behind this business. I’m involved in the work, I care about the results, and I’m building something for the long term. My grandfather, Dave Buscher, inspired me to get started, and I want the way I run my business to reflect that pride.

Whether someone needs their home refreshed or ongoing cleaning for a commercial property, my goal is to make the process straightforward: clear communication, dependable service, and quality work. Readers can learn more or request a free quote at bbwashllc.com.
