Today we’d like to introduce you to Bre Rose.
Hi Bre, please kick things off for us with an introduction to yourself and your story.
My story is really one of faith, purpose, and learning to say yes even when I didn’t feel completely ready.
I’m a wife, a mother, a corporate professional, and the founder of Protect Her Women’s Collective. Professionally, I’ve spent much of my career in corporate America, where I’ve grown in business, leadership, relationship-building, and strategy. But outside of my career, I’ve always had a heart for people especially women and for creating spaces where people feel seen, supported, and connected.
A lot of that heart was shaped through my own life experiences. One of the most defining moments of my life was losing my first daughter, Bella, to cancer. Walking through that kind of loss changed me in ways that are difficult to fully put into words. It deepened my faith, reshaped the way I viewed purpose and legacy, and ultimately drew me closer to God.
About five years ago, God gave me the vision for what would eventually become Protect Her. At the time, I didn’t fully know what it would look like or when it would happen. I just knew there was something on my heart centered around women and girls, faith, identity, healing, community, and breaking generational cycles. Over the years, my own experiences continued to give that vision more meaning.
Now, five years later, I’m watching that vision finally come to fruition through Protect Her Women’s Collective. We’re building a faith-centered community for women while also developing mentorship opportunities for girls and teens. At the heart of it all is a desire to help women and girls know who they are, understand that their lives have purpose, and have a community that will genuinely cover and support them.
I think that’s what makes this season so meaningful for me. Protect Her is still at the beginning of its story, and in many ways, so am I. I’m simply taking what God placed in my heart years ago and finally having the courage to build it.
Alright, so let’s dig a little deeper into the story – has it been an easy path overall and if not, what were the challenges you’ve had to overcome?
It definitely hasn’t been a smooth road. There have been seasons of grief, uncertainty, fear, and even questioning whether I was ready or qualified for what God was calling me to do.
Losing my daughter was one of the hardest experiences of my life, and learning how to continue living, growing, and finding purpose after that kind of loss has been a journey of its own. There have also been moments where I’ve had to navigate motherhood, marriage, my career, and simply becoming the woman I believe God has called me to be—all while carrying a vision that I didn’t always know how to execute.
One of my biggest struggles has probably been getting out of my own way. I’m naturally someone who wants things to be planned, polished, and make sense before I move. But this journey has required me to move before I have every answer. Protect Her is a perfect example of that. I carried the vision for years, and part of bringing it to life was finally deciding that I didn’t need to have everything figured out before I started.
I’m learning that purpose doesn’t always come with a perfect roadmap. Sometimes you receive the vision first, and the clarity comes through obedience. Every difficult season has shaped the way I lead today and has given me an even greater desire to create the kind of community and support for women and girls that I know can make a difference.
Can you tell our readers more about what you do and what you think sets you apart from others?
Professionally, I’ve built my career in corporate account management, but at the heart of what I do has always been people. I manage business relationships, help clients navigate their needs, and work to become someone they genuinely trust and can depend on.
What I’m most proud of isn’t just what I’ve accomplished, but who I’ve become along the way. My career has taught me how to communicate, lead, problem-solve, advocate for others, and navigate rooms I once may not have imagined myself in.
I believe what sets me apart is that I lead with both heart and excellence. I care about results, but I’ll never lose sight of the people behind them. Those experiences have shaped me as a professional, a leader, and now as the founder of Protect Her Women’s Collective.

If there’s anything I’d leave with your readers, it’s that you don’t have to have everything figured out to begin. So much of my journey has been learning to trust God, trust the vision He gave me, and take the next step even when I couldn’t see the entire path.
There is purpose in every season of becoming, even the ones that don’t make sense while you’re living through them. Give yourself permission to grow, to start again, and to become the woman God created you to be.
I’m still becoming too, and I think that’s the beautiful part.
