Hi Spilt Milk, we’d love for you to start by introducing yourself.
This band started with-and still is-a group of friends who all just so happen to play music. We all joked about starting a band together…then we did!
Alright, so let’s dig a little deeper into the story – has it been an easy path overall and if not, what were the challenges you’ve had to overcome?
There were struggles at the start regarding logistics and booking shows, which is surprisingly difficult to do. Once we got past that initial difficulty though, it’s been smooth sailing.
As you know, we’re big fans of you and your work. For our readers who might not be as familiar what can you tell them about what you do?
Our music is unapologetically us. Each song is our way of taking the stressors that drive us collectively mad and turning them into the audiological embodiment of our sheer defiance in the face of those stressors.
How do you define success?
We don’t measure our success by any outside metrics. For us, we’ve succeeded if we enjoy the music we make and the time we spend with each other.
