Life & Work with Sherman Jackson of Maryland

Today we’d like to introduce you to Sherman Jackson.

Sherman , we appreciate you taking the time to share your story with us today. Where does your story begin?
I started my journey in 2011 because I was out of shape. I was tired of looking and feeling the way I did so I decided to do something about my health. Once I got into better shape I decided to become a personal trainer in 2015 and I became a physical therapist in 2023

Alright, so let’s dig a little deeper into the story – has it been an easy path overall and if not, what were the challenges you’ve had to overcome?
No nothing worth having is never easy but with any profession you have to just have faith that things will work in your favor. That also requires a certain level of being fearless. Too many people sit around and just feel comfortable waiting for someone to give them something instead of believing they’re God given talent to just trust themselves and just go for it.

As you know, we’re big fans of you and your work. For our readers who might not be as familiar what can you tell them about what you do?
I work as a fitness coach and a physical therapist. I’m known for my high energy classes and helping people achieve their fitness goals along with helping them recover from any injuries they may have.

So, before we go, how can our readers or others connect or collaborate with you? How can they support you?
